Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026Version 2026-09-01

These Terms govern your use of the Anytime Sports platform. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to the Master Agreement for your role: the Parent & Athlete Master Agreement if you book training for yourself or an athlete in your care, and the Provider Master Agreement if you offer instruction, sessions, ice or facilities. Where these Terms and a Master Agreement differ, the Master Agreement governs.

1. Who we are and what the Platform does

Anytime Sports is a marketplace. We list sessions, programs and providers, take bookings and payments, and pay providers. Instruction is delivered by independent instructors, organizations and facilities who are not our employees or agents. Their obligations to you, and yours to them, are set out in the Master Agreements: Parents & Athletes and Providers.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older to hold an account. A parent or legal guardian holds the account for any athlete under 18.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email secure; sign-in is by one-time link to that email.
  • Provider accounts (instructor, organization, facility) are reviewed before they are published and may be suspended or removed for breach of the Provider Master Agreement.

3. Bookings, prices and payments

  • Prices are set by the provider. The price shown at checkout includes the platform fee for your membership tier and applicable HST; the breakdown is shown before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you authorize the charge and, for providers, the transfer of your share to your connected Stripe account.
  • Memberships renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled from your account.
  • Points, credits and promo codes have no cash value and are governed by the rules shown where they are offered.

4. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

One cancellation policy applies across the Platform and is shown on every session page before you book. Net amounts owed back to a parent are issued as platform account credit, not to the card. In summary: if you cancel 24 hours or more before the session starts, the session price comes back as account credit less the instructor and organization fees on that booking; if you cancel less than 24 hours before, half the session price is forfeited to the instructor, any points applied are forfeited, and the remainder less fees comes back as credit; platform fees are non-refundable in every case. If a provider cancels a session, you are made whole in full as account credit. Card refunds are issued only where the policy or the law requires.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of profile content, statistics, photos and video you upload, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and format it to operate the Platform. You confirm you have the right to post it, including consent for any minor pictured. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or the law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Platform to harass, deceive, scrape, reverse-engineer, circumvent fees, contact minors outside a booked session, or for any unlawful purpose. Providers must deal with parents and athletes through the Platform for any session first arranged here.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided as is. We do not guarantee that any session, provider or facility is suitable, safe or of any particular quality, or that any profile or digital card will lead to recruitment or advancement. To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Platform is limited to the platform fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages. The assumption of risk, release and indemnity terms in the applicable Master Agreement apply in addition to this section.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including athlete information entered by a parent or guardian.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms or a Master Agreement, for suspected fraud, or where required by law. Bookings already paid are handled under the cancellation policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are resolved as set out in the applicable Master Agreement; otherwise in the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version with its effective date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance; material changes will be notified by email to account holders.
